He coordinates ITAM's executive diplomas in Financial Derivatives, Structured Products, Data Science and Machine Learning applied to financial markets, and Quantitative Finance.
He has led structuring desks at various financial institutions, including ING Bank, Bank of America -- Merrill Lynch, and Cantor Structuring. His expertise lies in exotic derivatives hedging, the development of valuation methodologies for financial instruments, and the design of both local and international issuance programs.
Alejandro Olmos has over 10 years of experience in the Mexican financial market, serving both corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. His professional background includes active portfolio management and the sale of investment products across money markets, capital markets, and structured products.
He previously worked at Scotia Wealth Management as a private banker and in the Family Office division. Alejandro holds a degree in Economics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Gustavo Maza has over 20 years of professional experience in the design, execution, and management of structured finance transactions. His work involves segregating and combining different assets to enable the issuance of a wide range of financial instruments in both public and private capital markets.
He has worked at prominent law firms specializing in capital markets transactions, including White & Case, and has also held key roles within the Mexican financial system, notably serving as Head of Fiduciary Business at Banamex.
José Padilla has over 25 years of experience in the Mexican financial market, serving institutional and corporate clients. His expertise spans the sale of a wide range of financial products, from money market instruments to complex structured products.
He has led the development of new financial products and business lines to meet client needs effectively, aligning offerings with evolving market trends. Throughout his career, José has held roles at institutions such as Inverlat, ING Bank, and Columbus de México.
Claudia Rachadell is a lawyer with 20 years of professional experience in corporate and financial law, specializing in the structuring and implementation of debt and equity financing, funding for energy and infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entrepreneurship, new business ventures, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures.
She has worked at renowned law firms such as Curtis in New York and Suayfeta Consultores in Mexico. In addition to her collaboration with Fundamenta, she is a partner at Maza & Rachadell Asociados, a boutique law firm focused on corporate and financial matters.
Salvador has a distinguished track record in the financial industry, with over 30 years of experience, including 26 years in senior leadership positions at top-tier international institutions in Mexico.
His career has focused on global markets, particularly interest rate and currency markets, as well as trading, risk management, team leadership, and the design and development of financial products tailored for both local and regional markets. Under his leadership, these institutions became recognized as top-tier dealers, serving as benchmarks for strategy, liquidity provision, and execution.
